2. Customer must provide full, accurate and legible information in the order.



3. The different forms of customs and taxes in destination country are the responsibility of the customer alone. The prices shown on our website do not include duties for any country.



4. There may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes. They may differ from what is shown on the website. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.



5. All Items offered are subjected to availability at the time of placing your order.



6. Refunds or exchanges won’t be accepted in case of custom made goods.



7. Design and prices are subject to changes without notice



8. The prices featured in Theindianstore.in are exclusive of worldwide home delivery charges by 1st class courier service. Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's destination country.



9. We take every good care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then paper packing. However, at times the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.



10. Please provide us with your exact measurements in inches or centimeters. Do not add to your actual measurements. We will make the correct allowances for fabric shrinkage and for your comfort.



11. Stitched blouses are included with the saree as shown in the photograph only when the description clearly says so. Many sarees can be ordered either with a plain blouse that matches the saree, or designer blouse at extra charge.
